We initially started working with Ken and Shannon because Ken was highly recommended by a close friend of ours who had purchased and sold many properties with him and his team. My fiancé and I were embarking on an important journey of purchasing our first home together. We put our trust in Ken and Shannon and their team to make this journey as seamless as possible.
Right from the start, and throughout the process, they exceeded every expectation. Purchasing a home can be stressful enough, but we can’t imagine how we would have managed without them. They were so essential to finding our dream home, negotiating our best offer, and because of Ken’s great professional reputation and relationship building, we had a strong position when competing with other buyers for our dream home. We honestly don’t believe we could have successfully closed the deal without Ken working diligently on our behalf. Ken and Shannon worked together tag-teaming all the aspects of the home search and home purchase. It felt great working with the both of them, and we felt fully supported. They were both extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to any inquiries and requests, and they were also very caring, fun, and hilariously funny. We laughed a lot together, and we found that a sense of humor goes a long way when making one of the most important purchases of your life, analyzing documents, discussing and analyzing the home inspection, negotiating fairly, and addressing all concerns and worries. Add the circumstances of a home search and a home purchase in the middle of the COVID pandemic, and it would have been utterly bewildering if it wasn’t for Shannon’s extreme care for safety measures, her diligence in booking appointments quickly, doing the necessary paperwork to remain in compliance, and showing up with gloves, booties, hand sanitizer, and maintaining social distancing during the home tours. Before we knew it, our home search was over with all the paperwork done! They efficiently guided us through each required step to properly remove contingencies once each task was completed properly, and in just two short months from when we met, we had the keys in one hand and the “Sold” sign in the other.
We are now settling in and unpacking. Waking up in our dream home is a special feeling. We will always be grateful to Ken and Shannon for all the work they did to make this dream a reality! We can’t recommend them enough! If we buy or sell any properties in the future, they will be our realtors for life!
